Please ensure that all pieces are returned in their original condition, unworn, and with the unique security tag still attached.

Secure Packaging

Place the jewelry in its original luxury presentation box and secure it within a protective shipping carton to ensure it arrives safely at our workshop.

Complimentary Collection

Once your request is approved, we will arrange for a specialized courier to collect the package from your preferred address at a scheduled time.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Upon receiving the item, our master artisans will inspect its condition, after which your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
